The process is simple: after using our search engine to select your preferred destination and boat type, send an inquiry using the form on the specific yacht's page. Our sales team will verify availability in real-time and send you a personalized offer with instructions on how to confirm your booking. Another option is to contact us directly and have guidance from one of our experienced booking agents. Just tell us what you want and when approximately, and one of our agents will contact you with additional questions or proposals.

Bookings are confirmed by paying a 50% deposit, primarily via bank transfer. The remaining 50% of the total charter fee is due no later than 30 days before the start of the charter. While bank transfer is our preferred method, payments can also be made via credit card (subject to a 3% to 5.5% processing fee depending on card type). All payments are processed in Euros.

For bareboat charters (without a professional crew), it is legally mandatory to hold a valid boat handling licence and a VHF radio certificate, both of which must be approved by the local port authorities in the country where the charter begins.

Yes. In addition to the charter fee, there are mandatory costs such as the tourist tax 1.35 Euros per person per day and various extra services depending on your needs (e.g., skipper, hostess, cook, final cleaning, outboard engine, WiFi…). You should also account for mooring (port) fees during your cruise. A security deposit is also required, which is paid upon arrival at the charter base. The exact amounts for these additional costs are clearly stated on each individual yacht's page, ensuring full transparency before you book.

The security deposit is paid exclusively at the charter base upon check-in. This amount serves as a security measure and is returned to you after the vessel is returned without damage. In some cases you can also pay a damage waiver or security deposit insurance policy, it depends on a particular boat you want to book.

Our full cancellation policy is set out in our Terms and Conditions, but it also depends on each particular yacht’s T&C, which are provided to the client along with our contract before the first payment to confirm the booking. In general, payments made for a charter are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, especially if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the charter dates. Because these funds are transferred to the relevant charter base shortly after payment, any possibility of reimbursement ultimately depends on that charter base's own policy for the vessel in question - we will always do our best to advocate on your behalf, but a refund can never be guaranteed, and it mostly depends on whether that particular yacht will find a new charterer for the same period. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, which in many cases can cover these costs should your plans change unexpectedly.
